Explore the colonial streets of Bandung. Visit the floating market or the active Tangkuban Perahu volcano (optional). In the evening, prepare for tomorrow’s train journey.

Board the executive train to Yogyakarta. This is voted one of the most scenic rides in Asia, cutting through deep ravines and terraced rice fields. A true “slow travel” experience.

Witness the sunrise at Borobudur, the world’s largest Buddhist temple. In the afternoon, explore the towering Hindu spires of Prambanan. UNESCO World Heritage sites at their best.

Visit the Sultan’s Palace (Keraton), the Water Castle, and see local Silversmiths in Kota Gede. Enjoy a free evening to explore the vibrant Malioboro street.

We travel overland (Train/Private Car) to East Java. Watch the landscape change from lush green to the dramatic volcanic terrain of the Tengger massif. Check-in near Mt. Bromo.

3:00 AM Start: Jeep adventure to the viewpoint. Watch the sun rise over the smoking Bromo crater. Hike across the “Sea of Sand” to the crater rim. Drive to Banyuwangi (Ijen Base).

Midnight hike to Kawah Ijen to see the electric Blue Fire and the turquoise acid lake. Ferry crossing to Bali. Welcome to the Island of Gods!

Relax after the volcano hikes. Visit the majestic Sekumpul or Gitgit Waterfalls. Explore the Wanagiri hidden hills and the floating Ulun Danu Temple on Lake Beratan.
